很多在速卖通平台上运营的卖家,在经营店铺的过程中都会遇到比较多的问题出现,这时候卖家要及时将问题进行处理解决,如若发现店铺有站内信的话也要及时回复,以免造成订单流失,那么站内信是否需要全部回复的了?
若收到站内邮件是提示有买家下单,但没有及时付款,则需要商家通过回复引导买家下单,否则很容易造成买家流失。
在回信中可以先告诉买家,已经收到你的订单,但你还没有付款,是遇到了什么问题,自己可以帮你解决价格、尺寸等问题,欢迎随时联系,适当地进行催款,话术很重要。

一、买家首次咨询
当买家首次光临店铺,对产品进行咨询时,客服要亲切热情地跟买家打招呼,并对店铺做简单介绍,并表示自己愿意为买家提供帮助。

二、推荐产品
当买家光临店铺时,客服可以向买家推荐热销品,并告知买家节日原因,多买可以多优惠。

三、大量订购询盘
当买家需要大量订购商品进行询盘时,客服回复内容一定要详尽,包括产品价格、样式、规格、采购量等,且价格要有绝对优势,抓住与客户成交的机会。

四、催付
有些买家在下单后却未完成付款,客服需要了解清楚买家未付款的原因,并帮助买家解决问题。
